Passover (so far) in one Nostalgio:
While I’m not Jewish I certainly do respect their traditions and delicious foods.
When in New Orleans I went on the search for Jewish restaurants in and around the city and came up with two delis.
I didn’t have a chance to go to either of them, but what I’ve seen on their sites looks promising.
-Stein’s for example is a Jewish/ Italian deli (crazy I know) on Magazine, just a trolly ride and a short trek through the streets of beautiful homes in the Garden District.
-Kosher Cajun is a bit further away in Metairie, but their website provides a complete Passover menu, tons of items.

I really look forward to trying out both of these Delis next time I’m in the city and reporting on their matzo.

Hope all is well.

Easter summed up in one Nostalgio:(from left to right)
-My new rabbit (actually a Labbit) whose name is Dimitri, but I call him Dimka.
-Some fancy Easter eggs.
-Bubba Watson winning the Masters, yet again proving that us lefty players aren’t half bad.

I had a fabulous break in New Orleans, but I’m ready to be finished with classes and back to blogging. I’ve been slacking recently, but I have loads to talk about.
Hope all is well.
